How to choose a custom coaster
Will it get wet every day? Bars and restaurants need coasters that survive spills: paper coasters if they are replaced daily, PVC or rubber if they should last for months.
Is it a gift? Leather, stone, slate and wood coasters in a set with a holder look like a gift and stay on a desk or coffee table for years.
Should it absorb condensation? Absorbent stone and paper soak up water from a cold glass. Leather, slate, wood and PVC do not, so water stays on top.
What does your logo look like? Photos and multi-color logos need full color printing, which works best on stone, paper and cork. A one color logo looks best debossed in leather or engraved in slate, wood or cork.
Is it for direct mail? Coaster mailers combine a postcard or booklet with a pop-out coaster that stays on the desk.
How ordering works

- Reply to the order confirmation email with your logo. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest result.
- Approve the free digital proof. Production starts only after your approval.
- Production times are listed on each product page; many coasters ship in about 5 to 10 working days after approval.
